Born and raised in Cape Town, South Africa, I have spent over 25 years immersed in the music industry as a professional drummer, performing on stages across the country—from intimate venues to South Africa’s biggest festivals.

Through out my career, I’ve had the privilege of playing for some of the nation’s most celebrated artists, gaining a deep understanding of rhythm, energy, and connection through sound. In the past year, my journey has taken a transformative turn into the world of sound healing. Drawing from decades of musical experience, I’ve begun exploring the powerful intersection of sound, vibration, and wellness. Though still early in this path, I bring a seasoned musician’s intuition and a beginner’s openness to the healing potential of sound. Based in Cape Town, I continue to evolve my practice, blending tradition and innovation to hold space for others through the universal language of sound.
