PRS PULSE ARTIST PROGRAM

The PRS Pulse Artist Program is an artist development initiative created by PRS Guitars to recognize and support emerging guitarists who are making an impact in their local music scenes. Rather than functioning as a traditional endorsement program, Pulse serves as a bridge between passionate regional musicians and the company’s Official Artist roster.

This program was founded with the idea that today’s influential musicians aren’t defined solely by major-label success. Many are building dedicated audiences through live performances, social media, and independent releases. Pulse was designed to help amplify those artists while strengthening relationships between PRS, its dealer network, and local music communities.

The program reflects PRS Guitars’ commitment to discovering and supporting the next generation of influential musicians by combining artist development, dealer relationships, and global marketing exposure.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Applicants are expected to:

• Demonstrate intermediate to advanced guitar skills.
• Maintain an active online presence with strong audience engagement.
• Be genuine PRS players who regularly use and represent the brand.

HOW IT WORKS:

• PRS Pulse Artists may be nominated by an authorized PRS dealer, or an artist can apply directly through a local authorized dealer. To apply directly, complete the application form at the bottom of the page.
• Authorized PRS Dealer/Salesperson will maintain and promote the relationship with the PRS Pulse artist
• PRS Pulse Artist will maintain relationship with an authorized PRS dealer/salesperson and promote the retail location as their “store of choice” on social networks.
• PRS Artist Relations team will initiate web listings, blog posts, social post(s)/inclusion and geo-targeted marketing consideration.
• PRS Pulse Artist memberships are free of charge and valid for one calendar year.

ARTIST APPLICATION PROCESS:

• You need to first be vetted by the authorized PRS dealer/salesperson and then complete an online PRS Pulse application with a weblink provided by your PRS dealer/salesperson.
• Once complete, the application is automatically submitted to PRS Artist Relations for review.
• An auto-generated response will be sent confirming that the application has been received.
• PRS Pulse Artist applications will be accepted between July 15 – August 31, 2026.
• PRS Artist Relations will review all applications, and the Class of 2027 PRS Pulse Artists will be announced on November 3, 2026.
• Notification of acceptance or decline will be sent prior to November 3rd announcement via email to the authorized PRS dealer/salesperson and artist.

MEMBERSHIP DISCOUNTS:

• To receive the PRS Pulse Artist member discount, you must provide your membership number at the time of purchase. The discount can only be applied upon verification of a valid membership number.
• 20% discount on PRS guitars and PRS amplifiers at participating authorized PRS dealers.
• 30% discount on PRS parts and accessories at participating authorized dealers.
• Exclusions: Discounts are not applicable to Used, Vintage, or any Limited Run instruments.

Pulse Artists receive:

• Exclusive discounts on PRS guitars, amplifiers, and accessories through their local authorized PRS dealer.
